AWE Nite NYC
The interview provides an overview of Illust, an AR and NFT startup co-founded by Tim Prochak and me. We’ve developed a decentralized platform that allows people to publish AR graphics into the world anchored to NFTs in their crypto wallets. The system uses open-source libraries and third parties to provide the AR capability. In this demo I explore the publishing process, showing how an NFT owner can position a digital AR asset at a real-world location like Venice Beach.

Miami Art Week Interview w/ Super Moon Camp
The interview was taken during Basel Miami 2021. We dive into Illust, a project that allows creators to publish AR artworks into maps and neighborhoods for users to discover. I came up with the idea with my business partner Tim Prochak, who was an early Snapchat creative partner. We brought on a blockchain developer to build an NFT platform tied to AR graphics. So far we have over 600 art pieces discoverable in an app in Miami through partnerships. The app has maps and art walks to find the artwork.
