Building a Sales Funnel from 0 to Fortune 500
In 2013, I helped PopShorts create its sales funnel from scratch. As a former co-founder, I started by working with my internal network of brand relationships that I developed while at Dormstormer.com at the beginning of the influencer marketing market to secure distribution opportunities with key influencers. Working with the creative team, we pitched the concept of Vine marketing to CMO’s and heads of Digital at notable entities such as NBCUniversal, Chase, Lionsgate, Burger King, Fox, Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, Nordstrom, CBS, the LA Kings, and many more.
We also built strategic relationships with the major media agencies such as OMD, Mindshare, Horizon, Havas, and R/GA.
At my time at PopShorts, I sold through and activated media campaigns across Vine, Instagram, Snap, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok and generated over 500 million branded video views over 2 years.
While at PopShorts, I not only created a multi-million dollar funnel for the agency but also spoke and wrote for major media events and outlets such as Social Media Week NYC, Digiday, Mediapost, and SXSW.
